Allevia saw an opportunity to show up where allergy brands typically stay silent: winter. With climate change extending allergy seasons, and travelers making plans unaware of allergy risks, the brand needed to break the spring-only pattern. So in January, the peak holiday booking time in the UK, Allevia launched the Allevia Pollen Passport. A digital platform turning complex environmental data into personalized allergy forecasts for over 70,000 cities worldwide, all visualized through generative botanical illustrations and paired with dynamic discounts for real-time risk levels. The platform made invisible data tangible, guiding safer travel while creating a meaningful brand experience before a single pill was taken. It helped reposition Allevia from a seasonal symptom reliever to a proactive travel ally. Results included a 9.8% uplift in off-season sales and a 39% increase in brand consideration, proof that bridging health, creativity, and data could redefine how and when allergy relief is experienced.
